Chicken salad apple bites are the best, quick little snack. If you make extra, you can add them to your to-go salad for lunch the next day! I am not normally a fan of canned products, but organic canned chicken or organic wild-caught salmon in BPA-free cans are a great way to get protein in our busy lives!
Air Fryer Artichoke Hearts
This recipe was a pleasant surprise! I previously baked canned artichoke hearts with olive oil and garlic powder for a super quick snack. This time I used some arrowroot powder to help make them a little bit crispier.

Vieux Carré means “old square” in French and refers to the French Quarter in New Orleans. This classic cocktail is delicious when made correctly and combines 2 base spirits in Rye and Cognac. My buddy Marc requested a batched liter of the Vieux Carré a couple of years ago, his favorite cocktail, and after I made it, I was reminded of just how amazing this cocktail really is.
