Air Fried Shishito Peppers
Shishito peppers are in peak season during the summer and early Fall. I always get excited when I spot them at the grocery store because they are crispy, salty, and so easy to make. You can sautee these peppers in a frying pan with some coconut oil or avocado oil, but I prefer the air fryer.
Honey Mustard Almonds and Pumpkin Seeds
Every year for Friendsgiving, I make candied pecans, utilizing maple syrup, coconut sugar, pumpkin spice, and extra cinnamon. If I do say so myself, they are delicious. While this recipe is clearly different and a little bit more savory/spicy, I utilized the same methods, and I am glad they turned out so flavorful. I think this may be my husband’s favorite snack. This recipe is super easy to make and can provide yummy snacks for days. We like to make them before road trips!
Chicken Salad Apple Bites
Chicken salad apple bites are the best, quick little snack. If you make extra, you can add them to your to-go salad for lunch the next day! I am not normally a fan of canned products, but organic canned chicken or organic wild-caught salmon in BPA-free cans are a great way to get protein in our busy lives!
Air Fryer Artichoke Hearts
This recipe was a pleasant surprise! I previously baked canned artichoke hearts with olive oil and garlic powder for a super quick snack. This time I used some arrowroot powder to help make them a little bit crispier.
