Amaro And Soda Highball
If you are a cocktail lover and you are familiar with Amaro, then you will probably love this category. Most people who don’t love amaro, just aren’t familiar with it.
An Amaro and soda is quite possibly the best 2 ingredient cocktail in existence because Amaro has it all, including some sweet, some bitter, and some alcohol. Adding soda and making it into a highball allows for it to be enjoyed as a refresher. To top it off, most amaro is lower in ABV than primary spirits, so you can enjoy a few without overdoing it. However, if you would like to make it a higher proof cocktail, you can always add an ounce or half ounce of gin to this cocktail.
My wife paired this cocktail with her favorite pizza recipe to have a fun Italian night.

Ingredients
1.5 ounces Amaro
Fill with club soda
DIRECTIONS
In a highball or Colin’s glass, add all ingredients over ice.
Garnish with a lemon zest or wheel.
