Air Fried Teriyaki Salmon and Brussels

Here we go again with my obsession with my air fryer. It is the easiest and most delicious cooking with the least mess that I have ever experienced. This recipe can be thrown together in 5 minutes or less. Throw it all in the air fryer, top with a little bit of GF teriyaki sauce, and let the air fryer do all the work.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound wild-caught salmon

  • 1 pound Brussels sprouts

  • 4 tbsp. Coconut Secrets Teriyaki sauce

  • 1 tsp. sea salt

  • 1 tsp. black pepper

  • 2 tbsp. sesame seeds

  • 3 tablespoons avocado oil or coconut oil

DIRECTIONS

  1. Rinse your salmon and lay flat through the center of your air fryer basket.

  2. Surround your salmon with rinsed and chopped Brussels.

  3. Sprinkle avocado oil or coconut oil on top of salmon and Brussels. You can toss the Brussels a little bit to evenly disperse the oil.

  4. Top with teriyaki sauce, sesame seeds, sea salt, and pepper.

  5. Cook in your air fryer on 400 for 12 minutes. You can experiment with cooking the salmon for less time if you would like a pink center to your salmon, which I typically enjoy.

  6. Remove from the air fryer, and drizzle a little bit of extra teriyaki on top.

  7. If you want to get a little richer flavor profile, you can add some fresh garlic, coconut aminos, or GF tamari along with the teriyaki sauce.

  8. Sprinkle sea salt and pepper on top.

  9. Enjoy with Trevor’s Unfiltered Aviation.
